The Pearl of Kvarner Bay
Gorgeous pebble stone beaches that merge with the rich Mediterranean vegetation
Rabac
A small, magical fisherman town located in the southeastern part of the Istrian peninsula and dating back to the 19th century. The fishing and sailing culture remains evident at each step of the way. However, with its typical Mediterranean charm and stunning surroundings, Rabac has transformed into a true tourist destination and received the flattering name of „The Pearl of Kvarner Bay”.
The town’s magic lies in its gorgeous pebble stone beaches that merge with the rich Mediterranean vegetation. In fact, Rabac is the proud recipient of the Blue Flag award, an eco-label presented by the international Foundation for Environmental Education with the goal of promoting water quality, and environmental education and information.
